The machine features a stainless steel body with a cast iron cooking surface that has a multi lined non slip surface. The temperature of the cooking surface is fully adjustable from 0 to 300°C to adjust to the type or style of pancake or crepe you are cooking. A thin crepe can be cooked on a hot surface for a crisp finish however a thicker style pancake would need a lower temperature to enable the pancake to cook through.
